At the foot of Mount Zas, next to the Aria Spring,  the present meets the deep past of the world. The elements give us their sacred power to start our journey. 
We are walking in the footsteps of Zeus, Rhea and Amalthea, mythological creatures who made the same ascent. Our route ends at the Cave where God Zeus grew up, a powerful place of history, mythology and protection. Mediterranean plants and herbs,  the first and main inhabitants of the mountain,  accompany us back down to the present moment through their aromas and colors.  In the spring, our initial and final station, we visit and connect with our bodies  and the nature around us.

This cycle of spiritual and physical ascent is completed with 
creativity and a big smile.
